Requirements For this Process 

1. Morpho 1300 e2 ( RD Registered for CSC )
2. Morpho RD Beta  Drivers with RD Service :  https://goo.gl/GnXy8H or https://aua.techshakya.com for Ayushman Bharat : Click here 
3. Window 7 SP1, 8, 8.1, 10

Process 


1.error detect Retested RD Device (Morpho 1300)

 2. Frist Check is Device Connected to ur PC

Frist Way

Click the bottom-left Start button on desktop, type device manager in the search box and tap Device Manager on the menu.

Second Way

Press Windows+X to open the menu, and choose Device Manager on it.

3.Uninstall Old Morpho Drivers or Any other RD Devices Drivers

4. After Uninstall All Drivers or Unnecessary Drivers Download Letest Drivers for This LInk

 5. Go to Download Foldar and then Extract File

6. Install Morpho Beta Drivers\Morpho_RD_2.0.1.15\Morpho_RD_2.0.1.15\EXE
Run as Admin

6. Restart

if still not work then 
1. Disable Antivirus Protection
2. Clear Temp Files 
3 .  Clear %temp% file
4.Update Chrome to Latest Version 
5. if you are trying on mozilla then use chrome 
6.Uninstall ECS 
7.Change the time and time zone to india
