❗ RD Service Error – Device Blacklisted (Error Code 9014)


I am encountering an issue with my biometric device while using the RD Service.

Error Message:

“9014: Device is blacklisted. Please contact device support team.”

Details:

  • RD Service: Running but showing error on device connection

  • Error Code: 9014

  • Device Status: Detected but unusable

  • Issue: Unable to proceed with authentication due to blacklisted device

What I’ve Tried:

  • Restarted system and RD Service

  • Reinstalled drivers and RD Service

  • Checked USB connection and ports

Step 1:
Check your RD Service validity on the official website:

Step 2:

Enter your device serial number and verify:

  • RD Service is active

  • Expiry date is valid

Step 3:
Check if your device is whitelisted

  • If NOT → Contact your device vendor (Morpho/Mantra, etc.) to whitelist it

Step 4:
If RD Service is expired

  • Renew your RD Service from the official provider

Here in my Case Not Whitelisted So We Need to Purchage RD Service 









Step 5:
After renewal/whitelisting:

  • Restart your system

  • Reconnect the device

  • Run RD Service again

Step 6:
If the issue still persists:

  • Reinstall RD Service driver

  • Contact device support team with your serial number
